Terms and Conditions for Course Bookings
iTrain AI is part of iTrain Legal Limited, a company registered in the UK with registration number 11042887 and registered office at 167-169 5th Floor Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. These terms and conditions apply to all courses booked with iTrain AI.
If you place a booking and iTrain accepts that booking, these terms and conditions will form a legally binding agreement between you and iTrain.
- 1. Introduction
- 1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all course bookings made through iTrain. By booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- 2. Booking and Confirmation
- 2.1 Course bookings can be made online through our website or via telephone.
- 2.2 Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via email upon the successful receipt of payment.
- 3. Cooling Off Period for Online bookings
- 3.1 In line with UK Consumer Rights, you have a 14 day cooling-off period starting at the day after your booking confirmation.
- 3.2 During the cooling-off period, you can cancel your booking for any reason and receive a full refund.
- 3.3 To cancel your booking during the cooling-off period, please notify us in writing by email.
- 3.4 Please note that courses cannot be cancelled within the 7 day period before a course starts. As such in order to receive the full cooling off period you must book a total of 21 days before a course starts.
- 4. Cancellation Policy
- 4.1 You may cancel your course booking up to 7 days before the course start date.
- 4.2 To cancel your booking, please notify us by email (required for all cancellations).
- 4.3 If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund minus a £25 administration fee.
- 4.4 If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the course start date, or if you fail to attend the course, no refund will be provided.
- 4.5 iTrain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses.
- 5. Payment
- 5.1 For open courses full payment is required at the time of booking.
- 6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
- 6.1 All course materials provided are the intellectual property of iTrain.
- 6.2 Course materials are provided for personal use and are not to be distributed.
- 7. Liability
- 7.1 iTrain will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the course.
- 7.2 iTrain disclaims liability for any inaccuracies in the course content.
- 8. Miscellaneous
- 8.1 These Terms and Conditions may be amended by iTrain at any time.
- 8.2 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be valid.
- 9. Governing Law
- 9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
